Between 19:43 and 20:18 UTC last night, the FPS RT Indirect service experienced a degradation of service that intermittently affected outbound payments. We have investigated the issue and can confirm this was a result of slow outbound payment processing by our indirect gateway provider for FPS.
This led to a small number of payments submissions being delayed, which were all fully processed once the issue was resolved at 20:18 UTC
Our Incident Response Team have confirmed there is no ongoing impact. We are working with our provider to ensure this issue is mitigated against in the future
