From 12:00 - 12:06 BST, the FPS RT - Direct - 2 service experienced a degradation to payment processing.
During the incident window, a number of inbound transactions were reversed, and there was no impact to outbound payments.
Service quickly recovered and after a period of monitoring, no further impact was identified.
The cause of this degradation has been isolated to a 3rd Party Vendor and Form3 are working with them to identify the root cause and mitigations required to avoid the risk of a reoccurrence.
