At 15:53 UTC, Form3 were alerted to an issue on the FPS Indirect service. This resulted in a low volume of admissions and submissions being delayed.
The disruption was observed following a planned change within our Indirect Partner’s infrastructure. Root cause was quickly identified and a fix was implemented by 16:30 UTC.
Our Indirect Provider has confirmed that a mitigation was implemented 23/03 to prevent reoccurrence. No further impact has been identified.
