At 15:53 UTC, Form3 were alerted to an issue on the FPS Indirect service. This resulted in a low volume of admissions and submissions being delayed.

The disruption was observed following a planned change within our Indirect Partner’s infrastructure. Root cause was quickly identified and a fix was implemented by 16:30 UTC.

Our Indirect Provider has confirmed that a mitigation was implemented 23/03 to prevent reoccurrence. No further impact has been identified.

Resolved
The issue with our Indirect Partner's infrastructure, affecting the FPS Indirect service has been resolved as of 16:30 UTC.

We have confirmed, following a period of monitoring, that the service has returned to normal processing and no further degradation has been observed.

Form3 have received an alert related to the FPS Indirect Service, we are aware of the issue on our Indirect Partner's infrastructure.

During this time, admissions and submissions are experiencing a delay.

We are monitoring the issue and are working with our Indirect Partner to resolve the issue.
