Between 08:37 - 09:06 UTC we experienced a minor degradation to our FPS Indirect service which caused a minor delay in the completion of payment submissions.

Our Incident Response Team identified this delay and confirmed the root cause to lie with our Indirect Partner. We are monitoring the service with our Indirect Partner and have not seen any further reoccurrence.
